The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and answered my questions but did not pressure me into signing up for anything. Ryan who came to the house was also professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He covered his shoes when he came into the house, thoroughly treated for ants inside and outside. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Nick is the absolute best! He came out & spotted where wasps were entering right away! He was very thorough with his treatment and educated me on all the insects and creepy crawlers coming in around our home. I am glad we called when we did!

We've had a Service Contract with Western Pests for a long time and they have been fantastic! Highly recommend their service. Yes, the service agreement is for routine service (around 4 times/year), BUT the best part is when a new issue arrives and they come out and take care of it without additional costs. We just had our tech out for Yellow Jackets and the appointment was the day after I called to report the problem.

I'm having a small rodent issue and called Western. They called me back promptly and got me an appointment same day. Nick came to the house and was amazing! He REALLY knows his stuff and was very thorough, he zeroed in on the location of the mice quickly and laid traps everywhere. Maybe I should let him teach my cat how to catch mice!
