Not enough good words can be said about Matt and his company Bed Bug Exterminator NYC. He was attentive, helpful, and patient. He took time to explain and show me all the areas of my home that had opportunity for bugs/wildlife and then offered me solutions to adjust and fix. He helped me and my wife get rid of the long island crickets, as i call them, and also helped us eliminate termite problems. All at a reasonable price and his flexibility was unmatched!

I contacted Beach pest after tenant informed me that the saw bedbug. Matthew quickly responded. Hew was professional with his inspection and the treatment. Great service.

Like many others, I had a Bedbug scare and wasn't sure what to do! I saw a Reddit thread pointing people toward Matthew for honest knowledgeable guidance! I gave him a call and left a message, and he called me back within the hour! He walked me through the process of taking clear pictures of what I'd found, and called my right back to give me his insight! Altogether I must've been on the phone with him for 10-15 minutes, I didn't feel rushed or stupid for asking questions! Despite the microscopic size of the bug I found, and its consequently blurry photos, we were able to determine it was unlikely that I had bedbugs, and he gave me a list of reasonable next steps to give me peace of mind! He was kind, intelligent, considerate, and most importantly knowledgeable. If I do ever actually have a bed bug, or really any pest at all, I'm calling Matthew. If my friends experience anything, I'm directing them to Matthew.

I cannot possibly begin to express in words my gratitude towards Matthew for not only his expertise but truly RARE blend of patience, knowledge and compassion. In general, it feels hard to come by someone who’ll give of their time and actually listen but I’d say this is especially the case when providing a service to people who are desperate to resolve a pest problem. As someone who still has PTSD from a bbug incident nearly a decade ago, I was especially frazzled when I called him and he (unlike others I spoke to) never made me feel rushed or annoying for asking as many questions as I needed to. This is simply a rare human being and there’s clearly a reason all his mentions here or on Reddit sing these same praises. We have yet to determine if I have an issue in my apartment (as we just spoke) but I can’t express how much more relieved I am after speaking to Matthew. Praying for the best but In a worst case scenario, I know I can rely on a person who is knowledgeable in his craft and has the integrity to not overcharge or screw people over. He’s truly a professional interested in helping people through an already stressful ordeal, not to add to their suffering. A rare gem/angel and the only exterminator to give your business to if you should need these services!

I called with concern of bed bugs. Matt was amazing. I sent some photos, and he told me a few things to do. And the outcome was the determination. So, He wasn't convinced it was bed bugs. Very honest man. I'm recommending him to anyone who needs an exterminator.

Beach Pest Control was SOOOOOO good and here’s why. They were calm and confident in their job. They explained everything, the pesticides and also the way the pests live and die and the way they operate. Our issue was ants and we got not only the best care but also a great education on ants themselves which helped us understand how to handle the issue in many ways. Great company, they are now in my speed dial. Hire with confidence, you won’t be disappointed.

I called Matthew very early in the morning and he was on the phone with me while I inspected my room and sent photos. He was extremely, helpful, very nice and patient and I am eternally grateful for such nice service just over the phone - he was able to tell from the photos I shared with him that I did not have bed bugs.
