Just had an inspection of my Brooklyn apartment done by OnGuard. Nico was very thorough and empathetic. Although nothing notable was found, just having an expert inspect will give me much needed peace of mind. Kayla, who answered my call / plea for help, was also great. Lou was great! He not only plugged up any holes, but also thoroughly explained all the problem areas in my apartment that pests could come in through. He even gave me recommendations on how to block any potential entry points for pests!

We have a small cockroach infestation and OnGuard helped us out with it. Louise the technician helped by asking relevant questions and explaining the process of pest elimination. He gave proper advice on what needs to be done to get permanent results. Will definitely reach out again if needed.

Brandon was awesome. He came and found all of the holes that mice were using to get in to our house. He made it a point to try to be as efficient as possible and take care knowing I had small children in the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
