Excellent service! Mohamed did an amazing job — he was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the problem was completely solved. Chris did a great job! He arrived on time, was thorough and went above and beyond to help remove the plethora of spider webs that we have from being surrounded by so many trees. Our new service tech (Christopher) in Martinez Ca has done an excellent job. Great communication and thorough service In addition his boss (Jackson) has followed through very well with some recent concerns I have had. Both of them have restored my confidence and been instrumental in my remaining a customer. (Due to some recent issues with corporate office I was unhappy) but Christopher and Jackson have shown improvements in customer service.

Chris is our service technician and he is always on time and very professional. He patiently listens to all of my concerns and does his best to address them at each visit. We also have a new puppy and he is very good about reminding me to wait the appropriate amount of time before we can let her back in the yard. Highly recommend.
