I originally called Trips Exterminating because I was worried I had termites. Alex came out right away, and what stood out most to me was his honesty. After a thorough inspection, he assured me it wasn’t termites at all—it was just crickets making the mess. I can’t tell you how relieved I was! When I asked what I owed him, he simply smiled, shook my hand, and said it was his pleasure to help. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it immediately told me Trips was a company I could trust. Since then, we’ve had Alex back for pest control spraying. We’ve dealt with other companies before and never noticed much difference, but after Alex treated our yard, the results were night and day. The giant orb spider webs that used to appear every night disappeared, and we could finally enjoy our yard again. Even better, the mosquitoes, ants, and lawn flies are all gone too! Alex came on a Sunday to remove a live rat in my attic when no other company was available. He was very kind, professional and prompt. He provided great prices and has a heart to help people when they most need it. I almost lost hope finding a company in an emergency but Alex came through and got the rat with no issues. He did a cursory assessment on the house and showed me areas that were vulnerable as well.

Alex (TRIPS) has been taking care of our pest control needs for many years. He is NICE, but more importantly he is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and HONEST. He can do anything related to pest control and he makes sure it’s done correctly. He’s also suggested things we can do ourselves to minimize issues with flying bugs, for example, when he could have just scheduled us for more frequent (and expensive) service. Call him! Trips Exterminating did some repairs on my roof that had damages from water and termite. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable because I had 3 estimates. But most importantly, this company is very honest and will not do repairs that are not necessary. I highly recommend !!!

I have been a client of Alex, Trips Exterminating, for years and highly recommend his service. The first time I contacted his company, I had a spider infestation and called a couple companies. One company could not come out for a week and the second did not answer at all. But when I called Trips Exterminating, a wonderful lady answered the phone and told me Alex could come out the same day to take care of my problem. He came out right away and sprayed the interior of my home with a treatment that was safe for people and pets. He also treated the exterior to form a barrier around my home.
