Scott Knapp is so professional with a wonderful and friendly attitude! He takes care of all that is necessary to keep the rodents and creepy crawly things from my house. I have had my home treated now for 7 months and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, especially during this spider season. Now that it is getting colder I’m still not seeing any action to come into my house! Absolute recommend Terminix!

This was the first 3 month visit. I wish I knew he was going to be coming to our home and explain in details what he was going to do outside of our home. He killed a spider that was out of the way wasn’t venomous just hanging out on our front porch. I had no problem with the spider. I know he’s “terminix” doing his job but he didn’t notify me prior to arriving nor explained what he was doing at our home. Maybe I missed a notification but I hired terminix to kill ants. I’m really bummed about the spider he killed without letting me know first. Spiders keep the bug population down. I’m an animal lover so if you don’t understand where I’m coming from don’t judge. I was disappointed

Can I please leave Negative Stars?!?! What bunch of ++++ They offer and schedule an appointment from 5-7 never bother to call to state there is an issue with this time frame. I call them and they state they dont offer that time slot. Sounds like they can't even handle a simple task so Ive moved on with another vendor. Don't waste your time or Money with this kind of substandard service. Thanks Terminix for wasting my time! Should send you a bill!
