10/10 would recommend. Used the company for wasp extermination. Fast, efficient service. Artie was able to come early, the day after I called. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. While I have no other company to compare it to, I believe I paid a reasonable price for the service.

Called Artie on a Sunday after noon and told me he would be at my house first thing Monday. Artie was on time and very professional. He sprayed my whole house and set traps on the inside for ants. He was so wonderful to work with. I hope that what he did solves my problems but if not Artie is my first call. He is priced fair and answered my questions on what I can do my self to prevent this problem. Thank you Artie for what you did.

Great guy! I called him up on a Sunday morning and he fit me in same day. Was here within 2 hours to take care of a European Wasp nest in my soffit. Two of them made it through my AC unit the night before which prompted the call. They say you get what you pay for but with these reasonable rates, I feel like I got more than I paid for! 100% would recommend!

Called Artie in the morning; he came over quickly, arriving just two hours later. We explained the problem of hearing a very faint rodent/critter moving/padding about sound in one of the walls. We heard it throughout the day, but not at night - we thought the rodent/critter eventually tired and stopped moving. We were concerned that we had at least one field mouse in the house and wanted it gone. Checking the main living area and then the basement near the source of the sound, Artie heard it, listened carefully, but didn't think it was a rodent; "I've been doing this for over 30 years and this is not the sound of a mouse". Baffled, he continued carefully listening, but in fairly short order declared that it sounded like plumbing noise. He validated that for himself by feeling a water pipe and thought it vibrated a bit coincident with the sound. "Yep. It's your plumbing. Guess I'm a plumber now too!", he laughed. Satisfied, he quickly left -- no charge -- though he had been here about 20 minutes. I was skeptical... It sounded like a rodent/critter... It sounded like a mouse moving/padding about. Investigating, I tried different ways to affect the pressure in the plumbing without creating additional water flowing noise that would mask the soft critter padding sound. Eventually I made my way outside to turn on a garden hose... And then I saw it, and then I knew. I have a two-tier fountain in the backyard, with an automatic water fill valve - a setup that I devised. The valve is a simple floating ball mechanism that opens to let water in when the fountain water level drops, and seals itself closed when the water level rises. Well, the spouting water splashing into the fountain made the water surface choppy which caused the float to bounce up and down slightly, quickly opening and closing the valve, which set up rapid pulses in the water supply in the plumbing which caused a flapper plumbing check valve to chatter which reverberated through the pipes, and caused a vibration that was resonantly audible in areas of the house where the pipes were clamped to wooden horizontal beams, transferring the sound energy from the water, through the pipe to the walls, and that's what we heard. I proved it easily - turn off the fountain, no noise; on again - noise. Further, the fountain is on a dawn-to-dusk timer and it only runs during the day and that is why we only heard the sounds during the day. Now that we know what the sound source it - we don't care!
