We called a week or two ago for a termite inspection to refinance our VA home loan. After one no call/no show appointment on Saturday, we called again and were rescheduled for another inspection appointment yesterday afternoon. We again got a no call/no show and were unable to get a hold of anyone to assist. If this is how customers get treated and then ignored, we'll gladly take our business elsewhere. *UPDATE* - As can be seen in their response to my negative review, they stated they'd be reaching out soon. That was 5 days ago. No call, no email, no one stopping by. Customer service at its finest apparently.

I’ve been a pest control technician in the past. It’s a tough job in the summer months. Eric Andrews is the man. He came out for my mosquito start of service and made me feel that I went with the right company and I also requested him to be my technician moving forward because he was absolutely great. He came out today for the second treatment and I know that he’s going to do the proper treatment correctly. Thank you to everyone at Cooper!

The technician provided excellent communication prior to the appointment and instilled confidence that the issue would be resolved. Upon arrival, I simply identified the problem area, and he handled everything efficiently and effectively. The issue was resolved seamlessly, demonstrating both his expertise and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Joe gave us a great review of options for pest control - asked us good questions, gave helpful responses to our questions, and did a good job of both inspecting our house and using foot protection etc when moving between living spaces and attics, basement etc. looking forward to getting our problems taken care of by his team! Update: Cooper came and did a thorough job of adding material to block out mice from entering our home and then setting traps to catch those in the house - as expected, we caught some mice and we called Cooper out again to clear the traps. All the folks we’ve had here from Cooper have been able to clearly (and patiently!) explain what they’re doing and why, and clearly it works. Very happy so far.

I was genuinely looking forward to working with this company for my rental property, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. This is not an inexpensive service—I paid $1,300 expecting a comprehensive and professional solution. Instead, a technician arrived and only sealed the exterior of the home, then informed me he could not complete the job because his truck was not stocked with traps or treatment for mice. This level of preparation and service is unacceptable, especially given the cost. My tenants had rearranged their schedules and taken the day off specifically for this appointment. While the office did reschedule, I was unable to get both tenants available again on such short notice, which has caused additional complications. I’m hoping the company will take responsibility and work with me to resolve this properly. At this price point, I expected much better communication and preparation.

I have been with this company for five years, and we have had Cooper Pest Solutions as our exterminator for that entire time. Primarily, we receive the preventative pest service. Cooper Pest has always been great in addressing any issues we may experience, and due to their attentiveness, we have had very little activity.

I absolutely love Bing! He is always available when. I need him and he is so responsive and easy to work with. Best of all, he's remarkably thorough and I know my house is in the best hands with him! I feel so fortunate that we found Bing!

Joe was fantastic and it was a pleasure working with him. He was honest with us and he went above and beyond. He really helped put my elderly mother's mind at ease. We thought prices were fair and I definitely recommend Cooper Pest Solutions!

I called Cooper to take care of big yellow jacket nest in our backyard. It was really easy to schedule the appointment. The technician who came was very knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything in detail. He even posed for me in his protective suit, and that picture made my kids day 😀. I would not hesitate to call Cooper again for my future needs.

Technician came promptly, did a very thorough inspection of house inside and out, quickly located the place where yellowjackets were getting in and treated the nest. Very efficient and professional.

My initial intake call was great-I felt listened to and valued before I was even a customer. The tech who came to my home, Jim Cranley, was amazing-very thorough and took the time to explain things to me in detail. The tech who came out to spray was also very professional. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommended!

I had a wasp issue inside my main bedroom and I can not recommend Dominic and Yves enough. Both were responsive, professional and excellent. I am a very satisfied customer. Cooper should be proud that they have such gracious and dedicated staff.

I had a great initial conversation with Robin. She directed me in the right place. I spoke with Joe briefly so he could get all the particulars and make sure I was set up with the right inspector. He had Jason Schnabel come to my house. Jason was on time and performed a great inspection! We elected to go with his recommendation of the exclusion service. David and Zamir performed that service and seemed to have a great attention to detail. We had the service done a couple weeks ago, and knock on wood, haven’t seen or heard a mouse since. Pleasant experience all around with this company! Highly recommend!!!

We have been highly satisfied with our technician Anthony for several years now. Today he came out on an emergency call regarding bees. He was at our home within 30 minutes of my contacting the office. We are so appreciative of the response time and attentiveness, thank you Anthony!

I had a fantastic experience with Zeke Moore and Jordan Norris. From start to finish, their service was absolutely superb. They were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about my issue. They took the time to explain what was causing the problem and outlined exactly what needed to be done to fix it — no guesswork, just clear expertise.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Robin regarding a billing issue, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment she answered the call, she was warm, friendly, and professional. She took the time to listen carefully, helped me sort out my billing problem quickly, and made the whole process stress free. Robin made me feel comfortable like I was talking to family, and truly went above and beyond to help. We are very happy with Cooper and absolutely recommend them. After two and a half years of using their service, they have consistently provided excellent service. Zeke is our regular technician, and he is always friendly, helpful, and thorough. There was even a Saturday when a mouse came into my kitchen. I ran out of the house with my kids and called Cooper, and at first I was told no one was available for the rest of the day. When I explained that I had small children and felt unsafe going back inside, Zeke, who was already off duty, came to our home and took care of the situation so we could return safely. That level of dedication says a lot about how much they care about their clients. I recently contacted Cooper about an exclusion service and have been working with Michael Reed, who has been very professional and very responsive. I reached out on Monday, and they are already coming out tomorrow. He also helped me with financing, which I really appreciated. Overall, our experience with Cooper has been positive and we plan to use them for years to come.

Outstanding service! From Marc picking up my first call to Ray, the technician who serviced my home, they were fantastic to work with. We were dealing with dodgy weather conditions, and Marc hung in there, monitoring the forecast with me, to make sure we had a day and time for maximum results. He explained everything clearly. Ray notified me he was on his way, as I requested, arrived on time, and was extremely professional throughout the visit. He also explained what he would be doing, and what I should expect following the service call. Their pricing was competitive and totally worth the peace of mind. If I ever need power control services in the future, Cooper will be my first call!
