Richard Chi has been treating my townhouse for pest control for years. Richard, a very kind man, is a professional, always on time, courteous and greets me with a big, happy smile. He is serious about taking care of my home and is careful to keep my puppy safe while applying chemicals in my house and outside. Our Terminix technician, Segun, is great. He always sends me a text a day or two before he comes. He lets me know what he has found out and around my home and we have not had any pest issues since we started with them 9 years ago.
