I’ve been using Terminix for my pest control needs, and I have to say my technician, Shaun, has been outstanding. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I really appreciate how thorough he was during the visit—checking all the key areas, addressing any concerns I mentioned, and making sure everything was treated properly. What stands out most is his friendliness and attention to detail. He didn't rush through the appointment at all. If every tech were like mine, everyone would want Terminix!!! Highly recommend!

Terminex of Durham has been super helpful for our extermination needs. High recommended! Peter Kannon initially came to house to help us rid a squirrel trapped in our fireplace but he discovered that we had a bat problem in our attics as well (super scary!). He explained everything about the process for removing these guys since they are an endangered species and require certain conditions are met. He arranged everything and it was comforting to have someone with his expertise. Our wildlife technician, Austin Williams was just as impressive. He provided high quality installation work and successfully removed bats in addition to capturing our squirrel menace. Austin definitely went over and beyond to get everything done and did so in a timely fashion. No animals were killed in the process! We also signed up for quarterly extermination services and our technician, Shaun Herbert, was dedicated in preventive measures moving forward. I especially liked how observant and thorough he was. He had a lot of consideration for all the fine details as he customized a plan in keeping our house pest free. 5/5

After several technicians made significant errors during various phases of my project, Mr. Jackson personally intervened. He visited my home on multiple occasions to fully understand the concerns and took direct responsibility for resolving them. His dedication was so strong that he personally performed the necessary labor to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard. Mr. Jackson's integrity, hands-on approach, and desire to provide a positive experience were truly commendable. It is rare to see a manager with his tenure roll up his sleeves and complete the work himself. I am deeply grateful for his competence and for restoring my faith in Terminix. Been a client for almost 3 years and always had great service. Everyone I've interacted with has been very professional and out most recent tech, Phoenix, has been a pleasure. They're thorough and informative with the service, keeping me informed of things I may have missed around the yard.

I would like to take advantage of this review to commend Phoenix Young on a great job of "maintenance" of pest at my home in Roxboro. His knowledge and professionalism was quite impressive to us answering any questions we had ie STINK BUGS!! He also was careful of my pets too. If others have issues of spiders, ants,...I certainly recommend the quarterly maintenance program too. Great job!! Phoenix is yet another example of selecting the RIGHT company with the right "Hires" for the jobs!! Thank you again!!😊
