☆☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed – would not recommend We hired Stride for a carpet beetle problem. They forced us into a recurring plan instead of offering one-time service, but promised to customize on the day. The tech showed up 3 hours early, tried to spray indoors while my wife was 9 months pregnant, then returned an hour later and began applying chemicals outside without permission. When I reviewed the products, most were neurotoxins unsafe for kids. I limited what could be used, and the tech said the service would be discounted. Instead, Stride billed us full price, refused to cancel despite repeated requests, called us daily (sometimes twice a day) demanding payment, and even sent someone for a 3-month follow-up we had to turn away. They now claim we owe $352.90 and won’t finalize cancellation until it’s paid. In the end, their treatment didn’t even work. We had to hire another company that solved the problem quickly using safe products. ⚠️ Be very careful with Stride. Read the contract closely. I would not recommend them.

I would only use these guys if you want to have to fight with the them every step of the way to get them to do their jobs. They have zero communication skills, they never let you know when they are coming or when they show up, and they consistently do half the job that they were hired for. I hired Stride for a rat problem and have gotten half-assed service for months now. Every time I call customer service I have to fight to make them do the right thing. I wish I hadn’t switched to them, but now I’m stuck on a contract. Edit: my favorite part of this review is that Stephanie Grace, Customer Advocate responds and paints the picture that she does. She is one of the completely useless and inept people at Stride who won’t return a phone call and can’t do anything to resolve a problem besides argue with the customer about what the notes on the account say. Stride has come to my house THREE TIMES to complete one service, and every one of them argues with me that the notes on file say the first technician completed the job. He didn’t. I was here when he packed it in and said he was tired and would come back another day and never did.

We LOVE STRIDE! They have been keep our shelter for children and youth in foster care PEST FREE for years! They're generous, kind (like really really nice!) and prompt. We cannot rave on them enough! If you are looking to buy a home soon, they also do termite inspections! I didn't realize not all pest control companies do that but Stride Does! Again, they saved the day for us when we were buying our first home in Texas. Amazing!

Ramone did a great job for us, particularly the attention he paid to the backyard. We have used Stride Pest Control for many years now and have always received excellent service.

Im writing a review of 5 stars for their tech Ramone that solved our problem with rodents. Im not to fond of the initial experience I had with this company sending inexperienced techs who did a subpar job initially. We had rats still getting in our attic nightly and causing damage after they visited and sealed the attic several times. But finally they sent their top rodent technician Ramone, and he finally did a good job and gave me some confidence back in this company. If you have them deal with a rodent problem, just ask for Ramone from the beginning.
