We have used Southeastern Control for over a year now. The technicians have always been friendly and helpful when they come to our home. Today I was informed by the manager I was being dropped from their service pretty much because I needed to check my calendar at the end of the day. The manager stated to me that he was not being rude, but had tried to contact me 3 times. I informed him I was dealing with a death of a parent and I have been out of pocket. When I clarified with him I would check my calendar when I got home he hung up on me. I called back to speak to management and he said he was the manager. I was taken back for a member of management to behave in such a way. I wanted the owners information. He began to speak over me, and then stated to me my service was being canceled and hung up. This was not the first time the manager has been rude. That is fine it is canceled, but I hope the OWNER is aware of how he has behaved to THIS customer. The owners need friendly and understanding people running their business. Whether or not if he had contacted me 3 or 13 times, his behavior was very unprofessional.

PLEASE FIND A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T LIE!! I had called to get an inspection done for court purposes to show my home free and clear. I told the person on the phone i needed an inspection and just a simple letter stating if anything was found. They said it would be no cost. All went great. Scheduled me next day. Guy got here early. Very professional guy. THEN after he was done i called to confirm a couple things with the company and i was then told the letter they just told me they would email the same day would COST me $65. NO COST WAS EVER MENTIONED YESTERDAY WHEN I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE. They are a rip off. They lied to me and wasted my time. I now have to call and get ANOTHER more reputable company out here that will not decide after the fact that they want to charge for something they had already agreed would not cost. Very dissapointed.

As a owner of a Home Inspection business here in Jackson- I know what it takes to know a good pest control service. This company had the termite contract on one of family members properties. They called my 84 year old grandmother a year after their last service to let them know she still owed them and had not paid the bill. Luckily she is still hot on her feet and had the original copy of the check and the bank draft from where the money was taken out of her account. They never once apologized and on top of that, I just found active termite tunnels in the garage!! When I called them it took 4 days for them to “find” her last treatment date and send it to me. Since her contract was going to be up in 3 years - we decided to have the entire house retreated with Golden Circle and I’m so glad we made the move! I wouldn’t let these guys touch my house! Absolutely a joke.
