Extremely frustrated and canceled my contract. Have been with Sawyer for almost two years now. Called to make an appointment to get rid of some wasps on 10/14 for 10/15. Day of the appointment comes no one shows up. When I call again on 10/24 they say they cannot help me because the wasps nest is not ground level and the technicians don’t carry ladders. You can literally see ladders on their trucks in pictures online and my tech always has a ladder.
