Ever since Rove has been taken over by Greenix, both the service and customer service have gotten significantly worse. We ended up canceling our service at both the properties we had with them. Do not recommend since they sold the company.

We were roped in to a year-long contract by a door-to-door sales guy last summer - wouldn't take no for an answer. We held on for a year, but I've been trying to cancel now. Unfortunately, my cancellation came at the same time as a merger or something with Greenix, so there has been a tremendous amount of miscommunication. I was asked to submit my 30-day cancellation in writing - so I did on 7/10. I've since been charged twice (on 7/24 and 7/28) - apparently for June and July. That's fine. I didn't hear back from Rove regarding my cancellation, so I called Greenix and cancelled with them. On 8/21, I was contacted by Rove and was asked to pay another round of billing - with a statement date of 7/24. At this point, I have no idea who I'm even working with - Greenix or Rove. But regardless, I want to be done. I've cancelled or tried to cancel several times now - I've been informed that my cancellation was successful - and I'm STILL getting contacted. Get it together.

I cannot say enough good things about Rove Pest Control! I have an extreme, almost paralyzing fear of mice, and when I moved into my new townhouse and started seeing signs of them in the fall, I panicked. I called Rove and they were out right away—prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Within just a couple of days, the problem was completely resolved. Their pricing is reasonable, but what really impressed me was how quickly and effectively they got results. Now, they come automatically every six months—fall treatments keep mice from ever getting in, and spring visits prevent spiders and ants from becoming a problem. They always show up just in time, and I never have to think about it or chase them down. Thanks to Rove, I can actually enjoy my home without fear. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

First experience with Rove! There was a mishap with my phone number so they did not arrive when they were scheduled to - but speaking on the phone with them was easy and we got everything worked out. The technician that arrived today was courteous, got the job done quickly, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate it!

Would never coordinate scheduling to make sure it worked for in-house bug spraying and traps. Because of this everytime theyd schedule me id have to call to reschedule. Multiple times they didnt give either enough advance notice (no more than 8-30 minutes) and even then they wouldn’t knock on the door or just MAYBE leave a flyer. My backyard is locked so they’d consistently not give enough advance notice, walk around the front half of the house and charge me for a full job. Yet the inside isnt sprayed or serviced and neither is the other half of the outside of the house. One of the techs also hit on me. Even in trying to cancel my service after hearing all this they were trying to upsell me. Their business is terrible!! Idk why this place has so many high star ratings. It has to be a bunch of rich people not knowing they’re being ripped off for a job they could do in 20 minutes and spend far less than they charge. Even after canceling the guy who came to pickup my bait traps gave me an 8 minutes advance notice hed be over and then never knocked on the door. I called him back hours later thinking he got delayed and he said he picked up all my outdoor traps. Mind you I had to work from home today to make sure they picked them all up so Im on my couch working and can fully see the front door and if anyone approached. No one did. I had bait traps in my basement and two in my backyard that is LOCKED. If the man walked more than 20 feet around my house to the fence door to check it or preferably knocked my my door since im paying $130 for this service, i wouldve let him in to collect the remaining traps. He thought he had collected them all. The company does a terrible job with customer service, note taking, and communication and processes. Would not reccomend.
