Updated review... Michael came to our home yesterday to "rodent proof" the property. In the past, we used a large corporate pest control company, but they were never able to get our rat problem under control. Michael took his time and found numerous openings the other company had completely missed. I also can't say enough good things about Julia in the office---she provides outstanding customer service and is always incredibly helpful. If you're dealing with rodents, I highly recommend choosing a small, privately owned business like Rodent Proof. Michael takes far more pride in his work than any large corporation we've worked with. Michael was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Having rats in our attic has been very stressful, but he really put us at ease and reassured us that Rodent Proof will handle the problem.

I highly recommend Rodent Proof with Michael and Julia. From start to finish, they were thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful. Julia answered the phone right away to explain the process and helped us schedule an inspection without any pressure. Michael arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting every part of our home. He found multiple rodent entry points, including alcoves leading into the attic, gaps near the roofline, holes near the chimney, entries by the condenser, and openings around the exterior where birds could nest then cleared out the bird mites. He sealed every single one of those areas with professional grade materials to prevent rats returning. He also took care of bird nesting areas where leaves and debris were collecting, which was creating a mess around our property. In the attic, Michael set several traps to catch any rats that might still be inside. A few days later, one of the traps caught a rat. Overall Michael spent hours making sure our home was truly rodent proofed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing, Michael and Julia are it. Five stars all the way.

Absolutely five stars for Brandon! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure to treat both inside and outside the home. We were dealing with a frustrating ant and spider problem, and he handled it with care and expertise. I appreciated how respectful he was of our space and how efficiently he worked. Since his visit, we’ve noticed a huge improvement. those unwanted guests are gone! Highly recommend Brandon for anyone needing reliable pest control.

But what really stood out was that she made sure I understood all my options, even if I didn’t end up going with them. She suggested looking for a local handyman on OfferUp or Facebook Marketplace if their service didn’t fit our budget, and she explained exactly what needed to be done: sealing holes, setting traps, and cleaning up droppings. She also gave me helpful insight into how the rodents could be getting into our second story—like climbing vines or using gutters—and helped me feel more reassured about the situation. What I really appreciate is that even though we might not be their customer, Julia still took the time to help and guide us. That says a lot about their integrity. Businesses like this really leave a lasting positive impression because they care more about helping people than just making a quick buck. It also opened my eyes to be cautious of companies that might try to take advantage or upsell just to make money. I will definitely be recommending Rodent Proof to all of my family & friends!! The experience was amazing from start to finish. Michael & Julia were both great to work with. Julia is super sweet and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and Michael was on time, very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure your home was sealed and free of any rodents. I called around to several companies and their prices are very reasonable, especially for all the work they provide. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this is the rodent company you want to go with!!
