Technician Michael Ellis serviced my home on today. The service he provided was excellent. He called ahead of appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time as promised. He was professional , very knowledgeable and informative of pest control and the services offered by Pointe. He made feel assured & safe that he knew what he was doing. There was a huge wasp nest in my front yard tree… about 20 or so feet off the ground. He got started and before I could go inside and get to the window to watch… he was done. He put the nest in a container in a compartment of his truck and he was gone. I strongly recommend Pointe Pest Control and hopefully all the techs are like Mike.

Ramon is a great guy very and very thorough. He Explained to me everything along with my first call when I spoke to Kenny walk me through all the options on what I was dealing with. Covered all the areas sprayed everything and it looks like we’re good to go from here with the problem A+ service

Responded to my call and concern quickly. Knowledgeable about the pests that were removed, (wasps that took over a hornet’s nest). The cost was reasonable compared to other exterminating companies in our area. I appreciated the fact that he did not aggressively try to upsell me on products or services, but was courteous about letting me know what is available.

I appreciate the help from Point Pest Control in my too long historic battle with mice! I have had 3 appointments so far. Sage is always on time, courteous, professional, informative, helpful and listens to my concerns. I remain hopeful!;)

This was a follow up visit and the technician Matthew was very personable and explained exactly what he was doing. Hopefully this rectifies our hornet problem. Would highly recommend Pointe to others.

The service response was great and the tech Joe was excellent and very knowledgeable. The pricing is high for a one time service. $299 is a LOT but I needed the service done for a real estate inspection. It's done and I paid it and they do say that they will come out for free if the wasps return within 30 days.

Unfortunately had a good start, but now we signed a year long contract, and were told we shouldn't have much smell, but unfortunately our house smells AWFUL. We called and they can't come for another 4 days. Seem like a long time for someone locked into a contract... We don't have a lot of faith they've found all the mouse problems as we keep finding dead mice inside and outside our home. Hopefully they can resolve sooner than four days from now and I'll adjust my review. Not an acceptable way to treat someone just starting a program for a long contract together.

Pointe pest control did a great job. Irving is a specialist for the company who is very courtesy and thorough. He went over every procedure and answered every question I had as he is elimanting my pest problem. Thanks Irving

Raymond was very kind and patient as we discussed my pantry moth and mice situation. He was well educated about the product and was confident in his guidance. He also respected my concerns of the treatment application. It’s working thus far!

I felt that Cliff did a great job checking our house for a mouse! He checked for any openings that a mouse could get in around the house. He put down traps inside the house to catch the mouse. He explained how mice operate which was helpful if we ever have any more problems with mice. I felt he was very knowledgeable about extermination of mice!

Jonathan did great job getting rid of our fleas and centipedes. He was punctual, communicative, and friendly. He explained everything in detailed. Our fleas were gone instantly. I recommend Pointe Pest Control and Jonathan to do your services.
