Matthew was excellent and professional. Showed up same day to help with an ant problem we were dealing with all summer. I was about ready to burn my house down over it but he calmed me down and got right to work. He also went out of his way and helped with a carpenter bee hive he noticed while doing an exterior inspection. So far we are pleased with the initial visit and the professional service we have received. I signed up for the quarterly service visits and I’m hoping they can keep the pests at bay.

Do not waste your money. Had them out twice and I have more bugs spiders and ants than before. I called to inquire and was told thats why I should have signed up for a subscription. Wow. Update: I called as requested, NO call back!!!

Our experience with Pointe Pest Control has been incredible. Our technician Fernando is thorough and very well mannered and social every time we speak to him. The company is doing a great job keeping our place free of insects. I very highly recommend this company.

This was such an amazing experience. We had a hornets nest in our back yard that was really high up in a tree over our garage. Cliff came over and maybe with 10 minutes the nest was gone. Thank you so much for being so efficient and making me feel safe in my backyard again.

Mike Ellis of Pointe Pest control was incredibly professional and happy to answer all of our questions. We are always skeptical about signing up for a yearly service, but we were immediately happy we made the choice! Highly recommend!

I had a wasp infestation inside a wall. Lyle took care of it with a dusting. He will return in 2 weeks to confirm that it worked. Also knocked down ALL of the spider webs in the eaves! Nice. Thank you!

Aaron did a great job communicating exactly what he was doing and what to expect after application. He did a very thorough job. We our pleased with the service and will recommend this company. They responded immediately to take care of our yellow jacket problem

Sage was very informative on all of the services he answered all of our questions. He was very quick. He was about a hour late which I’m sure was out of his hands but did notify me before hand. Very nice guy. There was some confusion on the time I remain outside (customer service told me four hours and he told me two) so Sage suggested to wait an extra hour. Sage was great.

Julian called me in afternoon of scheduled visit and politely requested a later arrival. This was fine with me. Julian arrived with pleasantry at the third from final stop of his long day. I appreciate his knowledge as he inspected a special problem and addressed it with a special treatment which prompted my outreach to Pointe. He asked me if I had any questions as he left. He gave me a lead to services I may look into in Freeport for a family member.
