Our service tech, Bob Maziarz, always does a great job. I just tell him which bugs I've noticed in the house and he ensures he sprays both inside and out to my satisfaction. If the bugs come back before my next scheduled service, Pointe Pest will come out and respray as often as needed.

Bob was the technician today. He contacted me before his arrival, which I appreciated. He took care of the traps in our basement and also refilled the traps in the garage and the feeder traps around the outside of the house and the rest of his job looked like it was handling very well was very happy with the service today. The last couple of services were a different person and I was really not happy with the service and just felt he was not doing a thorough job. This was much better experience today.

Rikki Rambo provided excellent service in pest control with spraying and baiting, and he discussed tips for pest prevention along the way. He also handled an on-and-off situation we have been having with drain flies and provided additional background information for their elimination. He was very thorough. He was also friendly, pleasant, and engaging.

Our technician today was Bob. Bob called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way which I really appreciate. Treated the basement for Mice and bugs. In our family room and small bathroom, he placed bug feeders on the floor. On the outside, he filled the traps that we have in the garage and three around the house. He didn’t sprayed all around the house outside. He did a very good and thorough job.

Pointe Pest Control has been servicing our home for many years. We used to have issues with large black ants yearly and once we hired Pointe Pest Control we haven't seen them any more. They have also been successful in keeping rodents away. We are incredibly pleased with the service provided by Pointe Pest Control, but also their ease of communication and professionalism.
