Josh and Daniel came by today right on time. Explained exactly what they needed to do and completed the inspection quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they explained what they found (no issues thank goodness), and answered all my questions. Awesome service, very kind and personable. Thanks so much! 5 stars all the way. Daniel is the best! He has been treating our home quarterly for close to 5 years and we have had very few pest / bug issues. He always knocks on the door before leaving to ask if I have any concerns or need any additional areas treated. It's nice that we always have the same technician, Daniel, who gets to know our home, and us. I am deathly afraid of bugs, so Daniel has gotten a few frantic calls from me yet he is always responsive, patient, and explains what is being done, and what to expect. Every time, the issue is resolved quickly, easily and completely. The quarterly billing and service is scheduled / done without any effort from me, and the quarterly service keeps most away already, so I am a very happy customer!
