During the summer of 2014 we experienced a significant carpenter ant problem in our home in South Hero, Vermont. We contacted Pest Pro and Kristin, their cheerful, knowledgeable office manager, helped us understand the nature of our ant infestation. She scheduled a time that day for Chris Howe to visit our home to examine and begin treatment. Chris helped solve our ant problem quickly and efficiently! He returned in the next few days to make sure the ants were under control! Since then, Chris has competently completed quarterly pest control services at our residence. These preventive services have rendered our home virtually free of rodents, bees, and cluster flies! We are very pleased with his work.
