Charles got rid of wasps in the siding of our garage. He was very helpful in explaining what not to do when trying to stop this ourselves. The wasps were successfully removed. Pictures of the wasp nest are attached.

I had been fighting wasps for a week that made a hive in our bathroom venting system. We tried 2 different brands of wasp spray at different times of the day several times, soap and water which did slow them down, but they just kept coming. Maybe not the best idea, but we even tried ether! Nothing was working. Very suddenly, they were accessing our home through the vent and a hole they burrowed in the ceiling right through the sheet rock! It was like a horror movie! I had a fleeting thought of lighting a match, but I decided it would be best to call in a professional. Charles responded to my voice message quickly and we made a plan for the next day in the morning. However, he actually called me back a bit later to see if he could stop by within the 1/2 hour! Charles assessed the situation and provided some education to us. He even did a walk around our home and found another inactive nest in our intake vent for the air exchanger. It’s been 2 days since Charles treated the nest and although we have a few sickly wasps still popping through we can see an end in sight. Thank you Charles for coming to our rescue. We highly recommend Charles. No one wants to spend $250 on wasps, but it was well worth it in this situation. It’s wasp and hornet season folks! Do a walk around and check your exterior nooks and crannies! You don’t want to have a problem like we just did. 😳

Charles is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his service he provides. He will explain the issue and solution to it in a manner you can understand. I had bats that kept getting in my attic tried 2 different companies with no results. I called Charles and he was there the next day and I haven't seen a bat since. Thanks Charles

Charles was very professional got the squirrels out of the attic checking on the issue everyday sometimes twice. He cared about getting the job taken care. Would definitely recommend him. Did a fantastic job. Very much appreciated.

We called for bat control. Nice guy. The three year warranty sounds great. He did come back the second year, as the fix he did the first year was ineffective. Yet under warranty and still finding sign of bats inside, we called again the third year and heard how busy he was and that he would call us back before the end of the month; never heard back from him! Working to solve the bat problem on our own.
