    Andrew just got done doing our first service round and was amazing! He explained everything so well in to terms homeowners could understand. He was super professional and went through the inside and outside carefully and took his time to make sure everything was good before leaving but was still quick about the service! I highly recommend these guys if you guys have any bugs that are bothering your home! Very reasonably priced as well! Cannot wait to see how the year goes!

    Dustin does a FANTASTIC job. Glad to have him as our sprayer. The sales team and office staff, however, I do not like what so ever. I’ve heard many stories about it being a horror to cancel the contract after the year is up. I’ve also had miscommunications between the sales team, the office team, and myself that got extremely frustrating. Out of the many people I have spoken to in the office, I wish I could remember the one guys name that actually was great to talk to. He would also get 5 stars in my book, but everyone outside of that one guy and Dustin would get 0 stars if possible. Once again, THANK YOU DUSTIN.

    This company is a joke. I have been trying to get an appointment with them for almost a week now and they have done nothing but give me the run around. I have called them for 3 days. Last Thursday I was supposed to have someone come out, he wanted to do inspection and treat it. The tech called me and said he didn't have the chemicals to treat it that day so we needed to reschedule it for Monday 10/6. I said ok and he said he would have it moved. Monday comes around and I call them to make sure the appointment is set, they tell me there is no appointment for me and the rep was going to get ahold of the service manager to find out what's going on then call me back. He never called me back so I called around 4pm to see if there was an answer, no one answered so I left a voicemail to call me back. Tuesday, I received no call all morning so I called them again. The person I talked to said that he would talk to the service manager and call me back. He did call me back about 20 minutes later and told me he wanted to make sure I knew he was thinking about my situation and trying to get answers and would give me a call back before the end of day. That was nice, yes, but guess what? No call back before end of day. Now here we are today, Wednesday. I called again this morning, the rep did not give me any answers for where we're at for the appointment. All he said was, you guessed it, "I'll talk to the service manager and call you back in an hour." I obviously do not believe that it will be happening. I gave them until 3pm today to call me back and did not receive a call back. I decided to call Fenix Pest Control, they got me an appointment for next day at a good price. I do not recommend using Pest Insight for your bug control company.

    Dustin just serviced our home for the first time and did a great job! Really appreciate him coming out despite the 100 degree heat.

    Andrew came out and sprayed our whole house for us. He did a great job, he was super friendly, and explained everything very well on how their products work. I would highly recommend going with this company!
