I am not satisfied with this work. My main concerns were wasps and black widows. There are pieces of wasp nest all over my property that weren’t cleaned up, as well as some nests that are still on the house. The areas that I pointed out where I have seen multiple black widows are still covered in webs. There are spider egg sacks still on my house.

Mirko was professional, clean, friendly & did a thorough job going under the crawl space for a 3 week follow up to check for any mice activity. He checked all under house to even let us know if there were any water issues. He also checked the bait boxes after just 3 weeks after our regular 3 month appointment to be assured there was no activity. First year in using this company and have been very pleased.

Guy on Segway came up our driveway, ignoring our no trespassing signs, Proceeded to talk us into trying his bug spray, telling us it would be under $90 for the treatment and that all the outbuildings would also be done. Later, a different employee from insight pest solutions came to our property. He sprayed just our house, no outbuildings, but spent the majority of his time digging through our bricks looking at our kittens. We were told this was a natural spray that no pets would be harmed. However, the next day we had a dead kitten. We let insight pest solutions know their services would no longer be required. We were not interested. We did not sign a contract with them ,however they kept billing us as if we did. They put us under contract without our knowledge and this month they took over $500 out of our checking account without our knowledge or OK. This is in addition to Previous money they have taken from our account that we were not OK with or gave permission for. Long story short, We still have bugs around our home and out buildings. We have a dead kitten. We had a man go through our personal property. AND Insight Pest Solutions has put us under a contract we did NOT give permission for and has STOLEN our money!!!

Caden did a great job on our regular service. He was polite, informative and gave multiple opportunities for me to ask questions. We are very happy we switched to Insight from our previous provider!

Blake from Insight Pest Control was an outstanding technician! He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Blake showed up on time, explained the pest control process thoroughly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. His attention to detail and strong work ethic really stood out.
