I just signed up with Insight- My first service visit for Carpenter Ants went very well. When I first called I believe I spoke with Zion, who helped guide me through a summary of the company’s services- He helped set up my first appointment for the following day. I already notice many of the Ants dying off. The technician’s name was David, he was very helpful, friendly and informative. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Insight Pest Solutions.

Just signed up with them. They are probably not going to like this review but I am hitting this straight whether anyone likes it or not. Had a poor experience with initial service appointment and they rescheduled with a different tech. The second guy was here to take care of things that the first guy didn’t do, which was pretty much everything, because it was raining that first day. The first guy, “mouse proofed” some access holes he said he found which is great. The issue is that I had previously done it by stuffing in steel wool and sealing it with spray foam. The guy pulled out what I had put in to put a better material in, again which is great! The issue I had was he pulled the foam and steel wool out and threw it on my lawn and left it there!! Really?! I had made it well known that since this was their first time treating our house I wanted to meet with them when they got here. So, I was waiting for them before going in to work. Both techs were later than appointment time, but the second guy was an hour and a half later than I was told he would be here. Big gap apparently between what is promised by the sales guy and what they actually do. Had to ask twice to get them to treat the wood line for ticks even though the sales guy promised it and it was written on the sales order. I did get that done on the second appointment after pushing a bit. Asked multiple times for a bait box to be placed by my shed. The sales person promised it, it was on the agreement, but neither tech placed one even though I specifically mentioned it to both of them at each of their service appointments. Still don’t have one. I had told ALL of them, including the sales guy that we have a Vole problem, hoping they would suggest how they could get rid of them but not one of them commented or even seemed to care. Apparently, that is a pest they can’t deal with? They did do a fairly thorough job on the second visit. Time will tell how well it works. So far, I am generously giving 3 stars. A lot of promises followed by techs saying, yeah we don’t really do that.

They did a very good job and cleaned up well, even with the rain didn't find any sign of the removal of the old insulation. They replaced the flooring. Very happy

David was here today and did an incredible job. He addressed every concern we had . He was extremely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone that asked.

Absolutely terrible experience with Insight Pest. I found out they had been charging me for 6 months without actually servicing my home. When I brought it up, they admitted fault and supposedly came out right after—but pest issues only got worse. I continued to have spiders, wasps, bees, and everything in between. Despite multiple promises to fix things, they no-showed me three times for scheduled visits. Each time, I was asked to be home, meaning I lost work hours unnecessarily. I tried to reschedule repeatedly, and even though three separate representatives acknowledged this was a major problem, they kept asking me to stick with them. Today was the last straw—after being told a technician would come, I waited over 4 hours with no call or update. When I followed up, they claimed they had only missed this one appointment. Unreal. They refused to see how unacceptable this level of service is. I’m completely done. Do not trust this company with your home—they are disorganized, unreliable, and dismissive of your time and concerns.

Arrived on time, very respectful and accommodating. Set baited traps in a manner respectful of our concerns and sensitivities. Addressed vulnerable areas inside and outside, as well. Set a specific plan for follow up to ensure that my elderly mama will be protected going forward. Would recommend - ABSOLUTELY!

Dwayne came out to my home this morning to checkout a large hornet presence I was having. Very professional, well mannered and shook my hand as soon as he walked up to my house, that’s something you don’t get these days from most services and it goes a long ways in my book. We took a walk around the property explaining to me while we walked how hornets behave and move. After taking a look he didn’t find any nests but did apply a deterrent, 5-6 hours later and I’m not seeing any of them around my home. The last couple days there was well over 50 just swarming. Thank You Dwayne!!!

Not a great first experience considering I was referred to this company by multiple people. I called because we have a rodent problem in our walls and attic. I was told by Brittany that the tech would do an attic inspection for the type of rodents (probably mice) and inspect around the outside to determine where they could be getting in. He would fill in any openings and also place bait boxes outside to draw them out. In addition, they would do their normal treatment for bugs which is standard. I did pay additional fees for the rodent services and signed a 1 year contract. The tech came out, I escorted him to the attic ladder, he climbed up 3 stairs, checked with a flashlight, came back down, said he didn't see anything, and because my attic is unfinished, he can't actually go up there or do anything else except place the bait boxes and do all the insect treatments - which I don't need. He did not inspect around the outside to figure out where the rodents could be getting in. The only thing he did was place the bait boxes. So I still have rodents scratching in the walls and ceiling and keeping everyone in the house up all night. I was supposed to receive a home inspection and rodent extermination, and the price quote was reasonable for that work. But, they didn't do the work that was promised based on the reason I called in the first place - which was for rodents, not bugs. Not at all happy with the service I received, and I'm hooked into a 1 year contract for services I really don't need. What I need is the rodents out of my ceilings and walls, which is why I called them, and apparently that's not something they are willing to do, at least at my house.

Dwayne came out to my home this morning to checkout a large hornet presence I was having. Very professional, well mannered. I showed him what I believed to be a hornets nest and he told me the nest was an old dead nest. Sprayed my house with some deterrent and the hornets left, for a few days. Now here I am a week later with 50 hornets at a minimum screaming around my house and the “dead” hornets nest twice the size it was last week. Customer service won’t return my call to get a tech out to my home after they told me they can’t come out for 10 days. No problem taking my money and showing up the day after I called the first time, but now it’s a call back cause they didn’t do the job right and they can’t make it out for almost 2 weeks. Garbage, stay away from this company.

We have employed Insight Pest Solutions for over 5 years to manage insects around our residence. They provide excellent service and are very responsive to requests. Yesterday, David applied our Fall treatment. His application of products was very thorough. He reached high to the eaves with an extension pole clearing webs and debris and applying an insect repelling dust. He worked around the doors, windows and used a granular insecticide around the house foundation. Our house is virtually insect free - there is a spider or two and a few stink bugs now and then but nothing of note. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend their work.

I was told they will come out and close off any entry points they find outside and they will take care of inside. They put steel wool outside and then told us we should foam it ourselves. He came inside and looked behind the stove where we told home we found things. All he did was put a glue trap that we could have done for much cheaper. He offered to put either wood snap traps or glue traps. He didn’t look around at all unless directed to. We were told they come out every few months but this guy told us to get rid of the traps with the dead mice ourselves and call them if we see droppings or signs of an issue and then they will come out. We had a pest control company before who did way more and came back to clean up the traps and mice . They also put pet safe chemicals to take care of any they could not see. Before choosing this company, keep in mind you can get steel wool at dollar tree and the same traps at Home Depot. You will save a lot of money since that seems this is all this company does. And their only option is to do a monthly fee for them to come out if you see something. Very disappointing.

Great experience! Dave removed cobwebs, took his time to do the job well. Very pleased with his attention to detail and customer support.

Installers were courteous and quick. I had the attic re-insulated after a mouse infestation was found. The work was done efficiently in an afternoon and they left the work area and the rest of the house they traveled through in better shape than when they came.

David was excellent, my wife had a nice conversation with him and ask if he would spray inside the house. We have not been home in the passed for him to spray. Dave did an excellent job.
