I am in the Inland Empire area, and my technician(Michael) was excellent. I was late to meet him at our scheduled time this morning, but he was willing to rearrange his schedule and come back again in the afternoon to complete my service. Can’t ask for any service better than that. I’m fairly new to HomeShield, but very impressed so far. I highly recommend them.

He and I even had a great conversation about sports. He was thorough in his work, attentive to details, and genuinely cared about making sure our home was well protected. Eric did a great job. When he arrived he went around the property inside and out and assessed where he needed to put bait for our ant infestation. He was very professional, arrived in a very timely manner, prices were good and he made sure that all my questions were addressed before he left the house. We are truly satisfied with the services we received.
