He is very knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything he needed to do and answered my many questions. He also showed great concern with traps because I have a dog. Mr. Hoke worked with a reasonable payment plan that I'm certain none of the "big corporations" would've allowed. Jerry the owner is awesome to work with, we had some issues with our home he came over right away and assured us everything was fine and was able to do a treatment very fast and affordable. Jerry does great work and has always been prompt with his appointment times. Have used him several times, for carpenter bees and carpenter ants, and both were eliminated. For today’s appointment, he was running a few minutes late and let me know via text his ETA—just terrific communication. He also guarantees his work and will return if the problem persists.
