This review is for my service technician Todd and his services rendered on 9-19-25 at 17:45 EST. He did a remarkable job in actually coming up to the door, introducing himself, talking about the treatments, asking my opinion on where to put them to best serve my families needs and what we could use specifically. His interactions with myself, my family, and my pets were absolutely friendly, professional, and above the standard. He’s been the most real, interpersonal, honest, and people person tech that we’ve had from a company such as theirs in a while. Thank you for what you do, especially with us being your last stop on a Friday evening out in the heat. It does not go unnoticed.

Ryan was very friendly, communicative with me about what he did, and what he will get done next time! I love that he took pictures of everything they did as well! I was able to go back & actually see every single thing they did on my property which I think is amazing! This is my first treatment by Ryan at Hawx Pest Control but I have a good feeling about choosing the perfect company to take care of my yard and inside of my house to stay bug free!!

Kevin was in contact with me early in the day and was able to come for my first treatment while I was home to ask questions. He was very thorough in the explanations of his procedures. He completed the treatment quickly with a follow up text with pictures. He was very nice!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Consistently had issues with Hawx Pest Control-Magnolia area. Cancelled our service and were told we already had paid for a service and we should utilize it. So we said fine, one last service and we will be done. Confirmed we would not get charged another month of fees and confirmed our services were cancelled. Technician came out and left without doing the inside and problem area outside and even took it upon himself to purposely spray the chemicals in our dogs water and food bowl that was outside (which we found after reviewing the security footage after trying to find out why she had gotten sick). We called to let them know our technician did not complete service as paid for and received no help. One month later we get charged another monthly fee for service AFTER we had cancelled services. Called and spoke to an account manager to see if it could be rectified as we had cancelled services prior. He said since we took on a last service we were “supposed to call back and cancel again”. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. We only scheduled the service after being told we might as well take advantage of a last service as it was already paid and we would be done. Account manager refused to refund us our money, refused to transfer our call to someone else, and was extremely unprofessional. After speaking to him we called back and tried to talk to someone else. Guest services said they could not help us or transfer us to anyone and wished us luck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My whole experience with Hawx has been extremely pleasant and stress free! They really care about their customers. John came today and he was pleasant and professional! I cant give 10 stars but I would. Highly recommend!
