Eric called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way (Good customer service). He checked all the bate stations and ones underneath my home and informed me of his findings. I thought Eric was very professional and knowledgeable! This is my 2nd year with Freedom Pest Control and I’ve been very happy with them!

Sage and Kevin are highly professional. My rug is enormous and they moved furniture off of it, folded it up and put it on the truck. All that and they were still friendly and smiling. I would highly recommend them. They know exactly what they are doing. They moved my furniture back and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Can't ask for more than that.

Great service. Very knowledgeable on removing wasp nest and the job was done 3 hours after I called them!! Highly recommend.

This was the first time Scott serviced my house and he knew every spot that bait had been located. He replenished every box that needed bait. He checked for holes both inside and out and he sealed a hole he found under my kitchen sink. He was very polite and gave clear explanations.

Shane did a great job with his detail and thoroughness. I appreciate him trying to contact me. Unfortunately I wasn’t available when he did come. So of course I kept the animals inside. Mike was friendly and professional. Completed his work quickly and efficiently, answered any questions that I had and gave recommendations. We have a gold plan with Freedom pest and pay monthly for service, covers pretty much every form of critter both inside and out.
