These guys are great! We just had our first follow up appointment after the bait stations were initially installed. Jay was extremely knowledgeable answering my questions and even gave us some additional pointers regarding our house and situation. Very nice guy and very professional. I would highly recommend Jay and Fox Pest Control if you live in the country.

I was very happy with their service they provided us this past year. I canceled my subscription after over a year in preparation of closing on the sale of our home. 4 weeks after canceling, I noticed some ants, called and asked if they could swing by when in the area to do a treatment, as that was always their mission statement. But because I was no longer a customer in the system they would have to charge me $400 for one visit. I would hope that people would value a customer's loyalty for a year and do the right thing.

George was extremely kind and thorough!! He took his time finding all the points of entry for my mice lodgers and did the steps to bait and block up further entry!! He was kind and tolerant of my two small dogs that were very interested in what he was doing!! He was on time professional and personable. He planned a follow up and told me I could call or text him any time. I was impressed with his demeanor knowledge and professionalism!! I would highly recommend using g Fox Pest Control!! A++

Found Fox Pest off a quick Google search. Been experiencing an ongoing cricket situation around our home since last fall. We tried all home remedies on our end and had finally had enough of the constant chirping. It was very easy to call Fox Pest to setup our service and sales rep Ryan was very straight forward and not pushy. Was even able to get an appointment for the very next business day. Our technician, Katie was extremely knowledgeable about the crickets and other pests. She pointed out some recommendations on how to avoid ways to attract such pests (ex: trimming up our bushes more). Very courteous and mindful of our time & concerns. Overall, very pleased with our first service with them. Have already noticed a difference in just a matter of hours of less cricket noises! Thank you Fox Pest!

John was awesome. He arrived on time when he said he would, gave me a very thorough explanation of why my rodent extermination is slow, helped me figure out a few things to do and set everything up to get to zero findings. I called Fox-Pest Control because I had a bee problem. They where very nice to talk with. I was happy they could come to my home the next day. To take care of my bee.They also checked around my house for any potential problems. And covered or took care to prevent any issue for the future. I was thankful for that. Thomas Faucher who did the work was great considering I was having problems with my phone trying to talk with him. I would definitely recommend them.

The man that came out was skilled at working with us & we shared our hope he could address the many spiders webs on all of our many lanterns & screen doors. . He did a general inspection in addition to the spider webs. He left with all spider webs gone. He desires a 10 on the scale of 1 being the lowest, skill &10 the highest skill Please send him back here as our 1 year contract progresses.

Richard Marston recently treated my yard for mosquitoes and ticks. He called before he arrived, checked in, and treated the perimeter and bushes. He did a thorough job, even blowing the accumulated leaves into piles which made it easy for me to get rid of them. He was very personable and willing to give me a hand as well as give me suggestions as to how to maintain by yard. I appreciate Richard's professionalism and friendly service.

Recently switched pest control company for my home as well as two commercial buildings in Salem, NH. I am extremely pleased with my technician Brian who has gone above and beyond to fix my rodent issue at my commercial space. In addition, he fit me in last minute at my home when we discovered an active wasp nest right under the diving board of our pool. Obviously, I didn't want to wait too long for service and he made sure he could fit us into his schedule the next day!!! I am so pleased I finally switched companies and I have Brian for my technician!!! So this is new post dated 9/11/25 as I don't know how to delete my old one. Brian came out today to our commercial property that had a major mice issue inside. Once Brian fixed all that we switched to outside only. Our leases require our tenants to get their own individual service. The one store that caused this issue to begin with still has not called Fox to do their interior store. I told Brian this fact and he on his own decided to go inside and take a look. The tenants said they have had mice activity last week! Brian was looking out for me as the owner of this property which I so appreciate. A bait station was added for me as a courtesy, so now I am making sure this store owner pays Fox for their inside service going forward. Without Brian's help who knows we probably would soon be infested again. I love the fact Brian cares about his customers he services...its like he is family, so I can always rely on him do the best he can for us.

Great company start to finish. My wife and I just moved into our house in Derry NH with our new born. We have yellow jackets and ants(fun stuff). Cade smith was the sales person- knowledgeable, helpful and accurate. The pest exterminator Peter Gomez, was very professional, knowledgeable and from what I see has fixed our issues. I have been constantly recommending this company

We have been very satisfied with Foxx Pest so far! Our technician, John, has been very helpful with lots of information that we were unaware of for prevention and the treatments he has performed have been working. He is quite knowledgeable and even let us know that they offer a home inspector. He genuinely cares about his clients and does not rush you anytime you have questions and we appreciate that a lot.

Brian Horton serviced our property. He is very thorough and after talking with him seems very knowledgeable in this position. Easy to talk to and answers and explains all of my questions. Very happy to have him as our pest guy. Not sure what we pay because its a commercial account and I di not get that information so I'm going to hit the first one so I can finish this review.

Shawna, our technician did an amazing job with completing our service. She listened to all my concerns, and performed the service with such detail and care. It is very seldom to experience this professional level of service. I was also very pleased Shawna's follow up, and proud to be part of the Fox team!

Great service by John Cassaboon and quick with making any adjustments. We were able to catch 5 mice out of the 6 traps he left and he reset them today and added a few bait stations. Friendly and very comfortable having him in my home. Thanks so much this will really help my family sleep better and have a nice summer later with less bugs.

Ruben Sinisterra did an absolutely outstanding job at our home. We had a mice problem, and he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He went through the entire house, inside and out, and found the holes where the mice were getting in. Not only did he identify the problem, but he also sealed the entry points right away.
