Been having a wasp problem lately which is no fun. Found this place on Google, the reviews were amazing so I decided to give them a call. I have my first appointment scheduled soon, but I have to commend the amazing customer service that I experienced over the phone. It was so refreshing- most of the time when you call larger corporations/groups to ask questions or schedule appointments, you’re met with very crabby monotone personalities (which I understand to a degree), but I experienced the exact opposite with the gentleman I spoke to. His name was Ryan. He took the time to answer all my questions, go over packages and bundles, and was very friendly overall. Super excited and can’t wait to see how the appointment goes! EDIT- my appointment went great!! Marcus did an outstanding job!! Kept me updated throughout the entire process and was able to get rid of the pests for me. I feel much better now that the nests (yes-multiple😳!!) are now gone. Will definitely be requesting Marcus for future appointments- and I encourage anyone else to as well!! First experience was a great one- the two interactions I have had with employees so far has been so awesome which is a true testament to the company’s values!! 10/10 stars!!

The team at Fox Pest Control is amazing! I hired them almost a year ago because we had wildlife infiltrating our house from the nearby trails and I haven’t seen a single sign from them since our technician, David, started coming by. The team is super easy to schedule sessions with and they always do a thorough job of explaining what they’re doing and why. The price point is great and I love that I can call them at any time for an off-cycle visit if anything new comes up, like this week’s surprise horde of bees that attacked my dog. 😅 Highly recommend their services.

Excellent service! I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have been nothing but happy. Was billed for a service that wasn't performed tech says he was here from 11-12:17 pm on 9/11/2025, I was home as was my wife (as we are retired) and we saw or heard no-one, my dogs didn't alert either Also none of my cameras picked him up at that time frame. I was in backyard cutting down a tree There are spider webs all over my front porch including one around the camera on the doorbell, when we called and spoke to Gavin to cancel the services he stated he would refund the payment only if we stayed with them which I refused I am not paying for services I don't receive he then proceeded to hang up on us. Taz was our technician and he took so much pride in the work he did on our house and was very knowledgeable about different species and different methods of treatment. His confidence was refreshing. He did a great job and was a great communicator for a more complex job like ours. He worked hard to diagnose the root cause of our wasp issue and everything has been good since!

James did a great job. He is actually the first person to ask what I wanted done. My main concern this time were the cobwebs and dead bugs around doorways, windows and on the porch. He took care of it! So very friendly, a great personality and polite.

Justin did a fabulous job on our house- he found the nook's and crannies inside and out, very knowledgeable and thorough - he was careful and kind, keeping me informed of each next step. Our home has a better feel already!

I was searching for exterminators seen a couple of mice, not happy about that at all! Called Fox Pest Control, awesome customer service, everything was explained throughly. Technician came out very helpful and professional did his job. No more mice! Very reasonable! Highly recommend them for you extermination needs!👏👏👏👏👏👏

(Commercial Location) I love their service! The technicians always explain to me what they do in my location and gave me tips for a better control. (Update) John is the technician assigned to our center, and we are truly grateful for his meticulous work. We operate a childcare facility, and John understands our needs perfectly. He checks every corner of the building with great attention to detail, is extremely careful when applying treatments, especially knowing that we care for infants, and always takes the time to explain how we can keep our facility pest-free.
