The tech, James, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and had an abundance of patience with my elderly father. He was very thorough with the treatment and even inspected the house for any evidence of additional issues. My father said he “can sleep through the night again” now that the house has been treated. We will definitely recommend James and Expert Pest Management to anyone needing their services.

James, the technician, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the yellow jacket's nest. Sprayed thoroughly. Within 36 hours all activity ceased and has not returned now a week later. The price was the lowest of the estimates I got. Office staff was very nice. Highly recommend.

I attempted to remove 2 in ground hornet's nests which didn't go well, so I called Expert Pest Mgnt and they had a Technician, (Raul) come out in a couple of hours. He explained exactly what needed done and in a matter of 20 minutes he had both nests eliminated. Super professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any pest problems. Also, the price was very affordable.
