Ehrlich has always been great to work with. I started using the company in my previous home for a mouse problem and easily transferred my service when I moved into my new home. My tech, Craig, is friendly and knowledgeable. He always works with my schedule to ensure my needs are met. With my 360 coverage, if I ever have any concerns, I am able to be placed on the schedule quickly. I would highly recommend Ehrlich to anyone!

Many Yellow Jackets were coming into our home. Dominic Day who came to the house was very thorough. Dom explained what needs to be done and how he is going to do it. He told us where the bees were coming in and dusted, and sealed the areas where the bees were entering our house. When he was finished Dom spoke to both myself and my husband and made sure we understood what he did and watched to make sure the bees are not entering back into our home. He is a very good at his job.

Everyone I deal with at Ehrlich’s has been very professional, answering my questions/concerns by giving me facts/details that explain what is happening, why it’s happening and the ways that it can be resolved. This is not a one-time thing but a pattern for almost 40 years I have been a customer.

Brian Hahn is absolutely amazing! He takes care of our company constantly, he brings an amazing attitude every time he comes, and overall makes the experience absolutely amazing! We recommend working with an amazing team such as theirs!!

I have used Ehrlich services for decades. Our technician, Mike, is top notch. He is friendly and professional. He completes all services rapidly. Mike is knowledgeable about his work, answering any questions that we have. My MAJOR complaint is that we are never notified as to when he is going to come. We don’t know the day or time, so we are never prepared. Mike usually calls an hour or so before he arrives, giving us a least a small amount of time. He said that it’s company policy to contact us by text or email at least a day in advance. This has not happened, ever! This is NOT acceptable and plain rude.

He completely revamped our pest control program and worked side by side with us to ensure we were set up for success. His dedication, professionalism, and knowledge were truly impressive. Mike is a very professional friendly man. He always conveys his findings and opinions on what we can do to resolve the situation. We have worked with Mike for the past 15 years or more and would not want to change. Our dogs are very comfortable with him being in our house as well. We have never had any issues that he has not been able to handle. So if you are looking for a great company call Ehrlich.

Tyler has been our pest management with Ehrlich under a contract for several years. He is always super responsive, respectful and does the job. Also, he remembers that I have allergy issues with bee stings so always is super diligent.

Chris Moy has been our Ehrlich exterminator servicing our home for many years. He is a great communicator, consistently thoroughly checks the interior and exterior of our home and has been able to resolve any issues we’ve had with pests. We’re thankful to have him as our exterminator!

Mike is the man, he's the Ehrlich pest controller assigned for my building of 85 units. Mike has a set schedule that he comes out for once a month for smaller issues but will come right out if there is a issue we are having which from time to time will. Always seamless communication leading up to the visit and always prompt and on time. Respectful and peace of mind service for the residents and always mindful of pets and exactly what the residents are explaining they are experiencing.

Chris Moy is professional, efficient and respectful of being in my home. He’s friendly and easygoing whenever I have to switch around my scheduled pest control appointment! I highly recommend Chris. Tyler was the technician who did our service today. Great guy; he makes Ehrlich Pest Control look great! He represents your company well; he's very knowledgeable in different pests and their behaviors. I never knew the habits of some insects such as "stink" bugs and rodents, such as mice. Tyler's willingness to explain the chemicals he's putting in and around our house reinforces why my husband and I choose Ehrlich to be the company that we use for pest control. Noah is top notch in his field of customer service. He does his job with utmost efficiency. He remembers every bait station through out my home and makes sure all traps are cleaned and baited. Ben from Ehrlich did our initial inspection and spent time to be sure we had every question answered. Gavan and Alex did a great job removing and replacing our old attic insulation. Communicated every step clearly and took pride in doing their best job for us. On time, courteous, professional, and cleaned everything up carefully at close of job.
