The service I receive with Ehrlich is outstanding. Jake is always courteous and professional and addresses any concern I have. I love that I can call them any time if an issue arises, and they will work to resolve it. I highly recommend using Ehrlich!

Ehrlich technician Todd reached out in advance of the scheduled visit to coordinate and this was very helpful. He arrived timely and was very courteous and considerate. He was responsive regarding the needs of my house and pollinator friendly yard. I had also spoken to George at the local office and he was also very courteous. Both employees represent Ehrlich as wonderful ambassadors of the company.

Our service technician, Caleb, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also a good communicator who took the time to discuss the service call with me. Highly recommend!

Christian is our regular service person & does a very thorough job. He is always courteous & polite to everyone on our staff and is very knowledgeable. If we ever have an issue, he addresses it immediately. Last year we had a yellow jacket problem & with one visit he eradicated the swarm. I highly recommend Ehrlich Pest Control & ask for Christian.

Cameron and Greg were great! They were courteous and didn't complain , although my basement is old with low ceilings making installation of insulation and vapor in the crawl space painfully difficult. They didn't mess around, they were pros!

Had an appointment scheduled for morning. No one showed up. Customer service tried to gaslight me into thinking I had the time wrong. Confirmation email clearly stated morning. Made it very frustrating and difficult to cancel despite them not showing up for the appointment. I get that crap happens and being late would be fine if there was communication. There was nothing.

Caleb is a friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional service technician. We appreciated his taking the time to discuss all options concerning our issue and his expertise. Excellent customer service!

Steve, our usual service man, is thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our service concerns. He always earns 5 stars I didn't give 5 stars overall due to the lack of communication from Ehrlich. Service notification needs much improvement. Also, I feel the office team doesn't always look at my service contract prior to responding to me. They've occasionally provided me with incorrect information about my service.

We had one of the scariest wasp nests I have ever seen / full of super angry insects in a bush at the office that needed to be taken out before the bush could be safely removed. Greg took the time to be aware of when out parking lot was less busy and the area could be more easily cleared for safe removal. Super grateful for a company that kept their safety and our safety in mind!

Gregg was SO great in helping me understand what the issue was and how he was going to fix our mice problem. I’ve never hired a pest control service before but the experience I’ve had so far does not make me regret my decision!

Steven and Daniel were a great team! Checked everywhere for the access points mice were using to get into my house, and fully covered these areas with bait and traps. They also made sure the holes to inside were blocked. I really appreciated their expertise and friendliness. :)
