I've recently been experiencing a sugar ant problem and had questions on how to treat this issue and several other questions regarding preventative measures. I had the pleasure of working with Chad. I started with Eco Smart earlier this year, as well had a bad ant infestation and I wanted a company that used products that were safe for my pets. The representative who came out was so completely thorough, very courteous and polite, very hardworking and took care of absolutely every possible thing. We have been on the plan now where we have a service every 3 months and anytime we have a question about anything they are extremely responsive and come right out to take care of it...in short, I could not be happier with the product, service and price.

Chad came out to help us with ants and spiders in the barn and did a super job. Ants were out of the stalls the next day and have not come back. Plus everything is safe for the animals. Very friendly and fast service. Definitely recommend.

We have been customers of EcoSmart for just over a year, now. Chad has taken such great care of us, and Luke is equally helpful. He teaches as much as he services our property. We have learned a lot from him, and have been very happy with our pest control results! The service for this review was an annual service, so more expensive than our quarterly maintenance visits.

When we first called we spoke to Steven and he was knowledgeable and polite. Since then we have dealt with Chad who has been amazing to us so far. For the quote he arrived early and explained the process. He didn’t take long but you could tell he actually looked at the problem (unlike some of the big companies we had out to do a quote) the quote was fairly priced and so far hasn’t had any hidden fees (we got a year of rat service plus plugging up the entry’s). Second visit him and Amanda kept us updated on his eta which was nice because we wanted to be home for the first service but didn’t wanna be guessing when they’d show up. Chad showed up exactly when he said he would and again was extremely nice. He laid out all the traps and again explained everything to us. He answered our questions and insured traps were placed out of the way of our dogs. Next day and there’s already dead rats in the traps! People kept saying we could do this on our own… well my traps didn’t catch anything in a week… chads took less than a day. Hire the professionals! I’d say as for Chad white but it seems the whole company is amazing ! They are already coming out tomorrow to empty the traps. A very quick turn around.
