I had noticed a large hornet nest on the side of our home. Eco Tech Pest Control sent Adrian. He was prompt. Our appointment was between 2:00 p.m. & 4:00 p. m. He arrived at 2:00 p.m. He also answered my multiple questions and he was able to clarify that the Hornets would leave after a period of time. Plus, Eco Tech Pest Control guaranteed the work for 30 days. He also mentioned that if they did come back, I would be able to call Eco Tech Pest Control and not be charged. I’m very happy I found Eco Tech. Adrian did an amazing job. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with my tech David. Usually I get pretty uncomfortable having people in my place I don’t know, especially when there’s an inspection. David was super friendly and easy to get along with. He had a great sense of humor and great vibes all around. He was very thorough during the inspection and took his time explaining every single thing I needed to know, and clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience with a tech. Salt of the earth kinda guy, A+ service, leaving me feeling immensely better from something that absolutely terrified me initially. I would suggest Eco Tech lowering the price for an inspection, especially when nothing is found. Overall though, quite happy all around.

Justin explained everything really well, he even took a few minutes to explain some bug facts to my 7 year old who was very curious about his work. He worked quickly, but thoroughly. He was also very gracious when I was running late and he had to wait 10-15 minutes for me to get back home so he could start his work. I would definitely recommend this service based on the quality customer care we've gotten.

David was so friendly and polite! He also was very thorough and informative. He was super patient with my many questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of them! I felt much more comfortable about having the pest issues such as yellow jackets, nest, wasp nest, and ant issues being addressed. After speaking with him and watching his work! I had a great experience with ecotec and I would even more heartily recommend them after having such a helpful technician come to my home.

We had the pleasure of having Marvin at Eco Tech do our treatment and follow up in our home. He was a delight, going above and beyond, helping us move things to get the most out of the treatment and I can’t stress enough what great customer service he has. After the first treatment we were able to see the vast difference, every cupboard, cabinet, fridge and stove was thoroughly treated. Marvin was kind enough to tell us what to look out for and how to reduce the problem until the follow up! He was very thorough, prompt and I would definitely recommend him and Eco Tech for any pest issues!

Revising this post… after traveling for a few weeks in early August I came back home to what seemed like 100 spiders on my balconies. I asked the company if they could come back and help me. I paid $350 for them to spray a handful of spiders the first time out, the second time out there were a few more but nothing like this. The girl who answers calls for them indicated they couldn’t send anyone because “spiders lay eggs and those eggs hatch, causing more spiders and additional treatment”. I can’t make this up. So I said you’re telling me what ever you sprayed was ineffective, then she saying the same thing about the eggs hatching, I told her trying to be kind as possible all bugs lay eggs please have the owner contact me so we can work this out I’ve paid for this service for several years at multiple properties. She said the owner is very busy and that she just works there in the office. I’ll never use this service again simply based on the in effective communication and lack of empathy. I can forgive a person with no sophistication or technical skill if they are kind and show empathy but I can’t work with non empathetic, lazy and unsophisticated people…. Cameron did a great job scoping the balconies and finding all the spiders then spraying them. Really appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Slobo and Paul are amazing!! We had the pleasure of having them each inspect and treat my apartment as well as my parent’s house. They both are very knowledgeable and ask all the necessary questions to make sure you get the best treatment possible, and they answered any questions that I had very thoroughly. I would definitely call Eco Tech Pest again, especially during mosquito season!

Marvin was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and inspected every area thoroughly and was able to confirm we had no issues. I really appreciated that. He also showed up on the same morning I called as I was very paranoid. Really great service and would recommend.

Great service and people. Phone call to get more info and eventually sign up was great. Michelle was very informative and friendly and not pushy at all when I asked to think about. Their transparent pricing is great - everyone else wanted you to call for a quote but their pricing is right there on the website. Our tech (Kevin) was efficient and communicative. He thoroughly went through the perimeter and the house, explained everything he did, and answered all my questions. Very glad we signed up.

Rafael was fantastic. He was on time, so kind, and respectful of the house. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure that no wasps were coming inside of our house. He treated the nest area and also did extra to be thorough. The treatment was just done today and I will see them back in about 2 weeks to make sure everything is going as planned. Thank you to Eco Tech and Rafael!! Also he was so lovely to my doggy which means a lot!
