After receiving a report from a guest about possible bites, they were able to open up a last-minute slot for an inspection, which I really appreciated. Jack was the technician who helped me, and he was fantastic, professional, kind, and clearly a true connoisseur in his field. He conducted a very thorough inspection of the apartment and found no signs of pests, but still took the time to explain a sensible preventive treatment plan.     What a different and pleasant experience with Discreet Pest Control! I have used the bigger chain guys and always felt like they were trying to rip me off with scare tactics and sending high school kids to do the service… I used Discreet for an emergency wasp infestation in our attic, on top of my daughters’ bedrooms. Jack came same day and was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explained the various options clearly & honestly and took care of our problem in no time. He took the time to explain the products he was using and why they were safe for our household with 2 young children and a dog. I will sign up for their quarterly preventative service given how great they were. I wholeheartedly recommend this company whether it is for an emergency or for regular service. A+++.
