Very thorough exterminator tech. Friendly. Did a great job inside and out including four garage stalls, a full basement and dusting yard around house. Cleaned all the eaves too! Very satisfied. I will continue my quarterly applications.

I used this company for a few years didn't have any issues with them until I choose to switch to a different company that was a cheaper rate. I canceled my service with Defend Pest Solution then a couple months later they charged me for the service I cancelled and worst part was they charged me and didn't even come to my property and do the service. So I was charged for a service that wasn't even done after I cancelled a couple months previously. Be very careful when choosing this company they will continue to charge you after you cancel and they don't even try to come to your home to do the service they just straight up charge for service they didn't even do. Very frustrating and bad business practice. I have heard they also have a lawsuit against them for this very problem. You have been warned. I now use Fenix Pest Control instead and so far are very happy with their services.
