Outstanding Service from Robert Davis at Terminix! Robert Davis did an exceptional job during his visit. He communicated his ETA clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. Once on site, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and what treatment options were available. I really appreciated how he presented several solutions, then recommended the one that best fit my needs — not just what was easiest. Robert’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in what they do. Our tech, Justin, always takes the best care of our property. He asks what issues we have and then addresses each area with the utmost care. He is friendly and easy to deal with. Bugout overall does a great job with our pest control. We use them for quarterly maintenance and termite protection. If we have any issues they take care of it quickly.

After he finished he let me know what he did and ask if I needed any other work preformed. I appreciate how everything was explained and carried out. Horrible experience with Bugout. I kept their service for several years, and could never get a regular schedule for my quarterly treatment. My wife and I called them and wrote them multiple times to have them coordinate what day the service would be performed. Unfortunately, a technician would always show up with no notice. Most of the time, when that happened, they would just make a two minute round in the yard and then be gone until the next quarter. May of 2025 was the last time a technician came to the house to spray. I canceled the service in August and paid the bill off when canceled. It is now October, I still haven’t had service since May, was canceled and paid off in August, and Bugout is still calling every few days threatening to send my “past due” bill to collections. I called and talked to two different customer service representatives, and both of them threatened me with collections if I didn’t pay for September service. Keep in mind that I canceled in August, paid the bill in full, and I have an email as proof of my payment. I’m not paying for something I don’t owe. Let it go to collections, I’m tired of wasting my time and peace on this corrupt company.
