When we first contacted All Natural Pest Elimination the person that we spoke to listened to our issues and made prompt arrangements to have an inspector come to our property. On the day of the inspection, Ron St Arnold arrived on time and walked us through the process of how their company would address our concerns. Ron was very knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. We decided to give the company a try not only on their friendly, professional attitudes but also because of their Christian based beliefs. The technician that arrived, Alex Bowers was awesome! Alex arrived at the expected time and conducted the initial pest eradication and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. So far, everyone that we have dealt with has been friendly, professional, and honest. I wish that every company that I do business with had similar employees with the same attitudes. I would highly recommend this company!

Greg came out the same day I called for a quote for an active ant issue and other insect extermination. He was great and was able to get us scheduled quickly. Dan was the technician that came out and did the extermination work to our houses. He was very respectful and professional and explained exactly what he would be doing and how it works. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and concerns. Overall great experience so far!

Today, 22 Oct 2025, All Natural sent out a guy, Beau, to follow up and take care of a few things missed on the initial. Beau did an excellent, professional, friendly job that I believe went above and beyond. First off, I'm on a cane and I was taking something down the stairs to my garage, he saw this and immediately volunteered to take it for me. I explained the issues that seemed to have been missed the first time, he took it in stride and made sure it was up to my standard this time. He went out of his way to hit spots that were high on the roof line and get it good... one pesky spider that thought he was safe, Beau got him. BLUF: This is the type of employee you want to keep, gives the business a great name. When I worked in management I would have been very happy to have him on my team and would be developing him for further promotions.

This company has done an upgrade on customer service and are now not only offering a more natural way to deal with home pests but are also serving up some of the best service out there. Darren H. was one of two techs that came out, The initial supervisor and both techs gave thorough and efficient service to my entire home, then a very kind and patient Darren H. came back to do a very accommodating second follow up service to be sure of the treatment effectiveness. I also got a senior discount. Not saying it is, but even if the effectiveness of natural may be less deadly than toxic poison polluting treatments, I prefer not to put myself, pets, wild creatures and our water at risk. Therefore I couldn't be happier.
