Came out right away for an estimate, right on time friendly informative, had to wait a few weeks due to in-climate weather for termite treatment which was made clear to us at the time of the consultation, day of appointment showed up exactly on time worked in an unbelievably efficient manner yet clearly did a very thorough job , very reasonably priced , would definitely recommend to other people

Called Advanced Pest Control because we had some small black bugs making their way inside our house which was becoming a problem. Instead of coming out and charging a diagnostic fee like most other companies, they asked me to send them a few pictures. In a few hours they were able to tell me exactly what type of pest it was and gave me a few steps to try at home. They said if bugs don’t go away in a few weeks after I follow their steps, they told me to call them back and they will come out for service. That is how you do business!
