The technician, Derrick, was called to inspect/remove a suspected wasp nest. He did a thorough inspection in several areas, found the nest and did prompt and safe mitigation. I appreciate his keen eye and attention detail. I received services as an existing customer and will continue to use & recommend Actice for pest control.

Greg is our technician and we are very pleased with him. If he goes again so will we. He always does a great job. If he sees something out of the normal he always lets us know. We don’t have to be home when he comes over because we trust him that much. He does his job and above. He deserves a raise and recognition of the top technician. Please allow me a 0 star!!! They lied every step of the way. I waited over 3.5 hours late for inspection, then told my dog can't be here per company policy!! What if i had a rat infestation, do i need to make sure they aren't here? It's a joke and nobody can give me any answer. This company is a BUST!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
