"0" stars if I could.....This company is soliciting their business by knocking on doors to promote, they leave door knockers that say that you are scheduled for an appointment for which you never scheduled. This action should be a crime to lie to promote your business.

Worst customer service from the office staff. I called multiple times with a billing issue and was told they would call the next day. They didn’t even bothered. The guy Jose that comes to the house super nice and very hard working.

Wouldn't recommend yuma pest to anyone. They go against policy when raining they still have workers sent to my home to spray for pests meanwhile its raining washing all chemical away.. waste of money and time . Workers are great and always so friendly and helpful. Although company leaders obviously don't care about guidelines and customers money.

My father used l this service for several years and was always happy. Recently after my father passed and I now own the property, I have the pleasure to also use this company. I especially enjoy the respectful and kind attitude of Steve Rodriguez. He has been so helpful even beyond what is necessary for the job as most employees for other companies would do. He even had a little story about my Dad follow I no him around the yard and house talking to him while he was working. LOL! Thank you Steve and Yuma Pest & Termite Systems! A. Stewart 4/25
