Chuck (primary contact) and Shawn (technician) were fantastic to work with. Chuck is truly the real deal. I needed assistance for a family member out of state and Chuck was not only helpful but also compassionate and understanding. We stayed in close communication about the extermination process and he also spend a lot of time with me on the phone advising (and even counseling) me through the stress of it all. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will utilize them again if we ever have pest control needs. It's been a few weeks and so far we have had no return of our pest issue.

We had a large hornet nest pop up in our tree. I was desperate to have it taken care of quickly, as neighborhood kids pass our yard often. Eagle was able to come out soon, and their price was very affordable, less than I expected to pay for this service. They came out, dealt with the hornets, and removed the nest quickly. Next time I have an issue, they will be my first call. Thanks!

I moved into my first apartment and the very next day was horrified to find that it had a German Cockroach infestation. It was a nightmare!! After calling numerous other companies, luckily Eagle Pest was able to move their schedule around and send Shawn out the same day to treat the apartment. We saw improvements quickly. Shawn also came weekly after that for three more weeks, and now the problem seems to be resolved. Shawn was excellent and we are so grateful for his work. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I never felt judged, and being a young woman, I always felt comfortable and safe with him in my apartment. Thanks to him I finally feel safe and clean in my new home! I'll definitely use Eagle Pest in the future for any pest control needs.

Eagle comes every 3 months for pest control. We have been very happy with their service and all interactions. Shawn proactively reaches out to schedule a date/time that works for us and is very flexible and always asks us how things are going and if there are any issues that need to be addressed beyond the usual. Shawn as well as the folks who work back in the main office are always friendly, responsive and courteous. Would recommend.

Had a yellow jacket issue where I was getting stung and worried about the kids and wife too that I called Eagle remotely and had them go out to inspect and exterminate the problem.
