We’ve been using Western Way for a couple of years now, and I’ve been really impressed with their service. Recently, we started having an ant problem, and I reached out to them for help. The technician Brandon who came out was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. They set everything up quickly, and within 48 hours, we were completely ant-free! I love that they always seem to know what they’re doing and take care of things efficiently. Highly recommend!

Western Way went above and beyond to take care of us. We recently purchased a home that had some remodeling done, which inadvertently concealed any trace of termites during an initial inspection. When evidence of termites showed up months later, Western Way fully covered the expense to treat the intrusion even though it was not their fault. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic. Truly appreciate how they treat their customers and stand by their work. Great small town company. Good work ethic. Highly recommended.

Western Way came out today to treat for subterranean termites. Jonathan was professional thorough, and I felt that he was experienced and knew exactly what to do. They will be coming out in the future to do the tenting on our house. I am so glad we found this company. They are amazing from start to finish.

I’ve been having mice problems for quite awhile now. Laying traps and bait helped for awhile, but they kept coming back. After talking to Brandon and going over what would be best for my situation, he was able to act on it within a week and helped me get rid of my pest problems. I haven’t seen any traces of mice after he treated my home. Brandon was very knowledgeable about his work and was very considerate of my home.
