I had an amazing experience with Spencer. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. Not only did he treat the root of the problem, but he also shared really helpful advice to prevent it from happening again. He even went above and beyond by removing hornets’ nests on my property. It was such a relief to see the issue taken care of so thoroughly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control!

Kiefer has come out to our house a few times and has caught a rat in our attic, ants in our bathroom, and treated the outside of our home on the quarterly for about a year now. I don’t know about everyone that works there, but if this guy is a reflection of the whole company, they have a rockstar team of employees. Not too expensive but extremely responsive. 5 stars

Spencer did a great job with our initial service today both inside and outside the house! He explained how the products he used worked and how they were not harmful to humans or pets. He also treated several ant mounds in our back yard!! Well done Spencer!!
