WOW. The gratitude I feel for what 24 Hour Pest Control did for me is beyond words, but I will try to summarize. I rarely (if ever) leave reviews, but I want to let others who find themselves in my position know: this is the ONLY service that will save you in an emergency and do an excellent job of it. I was a MESS. My precious pup was in the dog intensive care unit after having seizures. I came home, sobbing, and then I see something move and look at my kitchen and what do I see? A MASSIVE WATER BUG/ROACH whatever you want to call it... but it was more like a crab than a bug. it was MASSIVE. I could HEAR IT WALKING (click. click. click). THEN..... another one.. and 30 minutes later? 2 MORE. On my KITCHEN COUNTER and running to my bathroom. I am typically very clean and so I could not understand why I was under siege. I sprinted out of my apartment. I was so devastated and disgusted. On top of this, my dog may have been released from the hospital, but it needed to be a very quiet, clean, calm, and hazard free place for her. This was Monday - Tuesday. My lovely landlords said I could wait for the building's scheduled exterminator who comes FRIDAYS. It was now pushing 3pm and I got a call that my dog could indeed come home - any time. I called a few places that advertised 24/7 service. They all declined to come into the city or said they couldn't until the next afternoon. I then called 24 Hour Pest Control NYC. Frank Fieri, the owner, who handles all the calls and is so kind yet extremely efficient and effective, got me covered. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said "I can get someone out there between 4:30-6:30PM." I was crying with relief. Frank was so kind too. Sure enough, at 5pm, the most effective, knowledgeable, THOROUGH, METHODICAL, calm and kind professional - Dale - arrived and got to work. When I say got to work, I mean he pulled out all my appliances, injected this gel, cleaned up all roach droppings and bodies, sprayed, laid traps. He then went to every room to do this - including every single closet. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE - he checked to ensure there were no roaches currently in my apartment!!!! He methodically pulled out all my furniture, sifted through my dirty clothes (always respectful and asking permission) and bags and boxes and whatever else was on the ground, and did this all by hand. By the time he left, I felt so safe and confident that no roach escaped Dale and would not be visiting my apartment any time soon. And they haven't!!! This is a week later. PLEASE believe me when I tell you - I have run the gamut on exterminators in this city, and there is NO BUSINESS that comes anywhere near this one. I could keep going, but I will save you my gushing. Do not waste your time trying others - they either will not show up in a timely manner or will do a much lesser job and for more money. After discovering a pest issue in my apartment, Frank was extremely responsive and sent help within a few hours despite it being Labor Day weekend. Jermell did an amazing job at treating the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what steps he was taking and that I felt comfortable in my apartment. Due to Jermell's meticulous work I saw improvements right away and the issue was completely mitigated. I cannot recommend this company enough! The entire team is kind and really cares about their customers.

We found a live mouse in the kitchen at about 11oclock at night. Frank came out within the hour at midnight, got rid of the mouse, and helped us with a comprehensive inspection of the whole apartment and laid new traps throughout. He was an absolute professional and gentleman. Should I ever find myself in the unfortunate circumstance of having mice in the apartment again, Frank’s will be the first number I call!

Frank and team were absolutely incredible. My roommate and I were away for a week and came back to a severe mouse infestation. We called Frank and he was able to send Jermell the same day who closed all of the larger holes, cleaned the feces, and set traps. Jermell was amazing, made us feel super safe and recommended permanent treatment. Because our infestation was so bad we also needed a full seal and repair team to come. Frank and his team came the following day and completely sealed our entire apartment including areas we were not even aware had holes. 24 hour pest control prioritizes clients and safety and I would highly high recommend them to anyone who has a mouse problem.

I am writing a review on this business simply because Jermell's professionalism, attention to detail and radiant personality demands it. After disappointing experiences getting in touch with other pest control services, Frank answered the phone at 24 Hour Pest Control at 6 pm and told me someone would be out within the hour and explained the prices/options to me in straightforward terms. Jermell arrived within the hour, as promised. Right away, his demeanor was warm, reassuring and he immediately began inspecting areas within my apartment that could be the source of the mice issues I've been having. Unlike other pest control services that simply lay traps or bait, he did that and also caulked, sealed and otherwise durably closed all the crevices and holes he identified. He explained every step he took in careful detail. I have not yet seen mouse in the few days since as well! I used to oversee a few commercial facilities, and this is the most thorough pest control service I have experienced. More generally, it is one of the most satisfying experience with a contractor I have ever had, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Frank dispatched Jermell to my apartment within an hour of calling at 11pm on a Tuesday night. They are amazing. He came and completely put my mind at ease, was professional and kind and thorough. I will absolutely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone I know!
