I had Truly Technician Ricky Anderson come by today to install my termite bait traps and I have to say I am blown away with his service . To begin with I already love truly Nolan and the service they provide, but Ricky went above and beyond he had no issue with explaining any information to inform me on the service I was being provided. I didn’t mean to BUG him (pun intended ) but, I was generally curious about the services. I was being provided. He was quick and efficient, friendly, and polite. Even when I Explain to him that I would return the dirt that was removed myself he somehow got away With leaving my property the way it was before he arrived without my help again thank you truly Nolan also added a picture to show you. The trap is low profile so I won’t have any issues with the lawnmower.

Ricky was super professional, personable, and polite. Ricky explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge and experience. Ricky patiently listened as I explained the problem and what had lead up to the call for service. Ricky completed the job throughly but efficiently. Wanted to take a minute to sing the praises of James Brownlee. He truly came through for me clutch with a super last minute termite inspection that we needed ASAP for a VA loan. He dropped everything for me to get this done and the reports followed immediately after the inspection. And, not only did he do the inspection, but he also took the time to make excellent recommendations about closing up some entry points for rats on the roof and for insulation and lawn care! Thank you, James, for your exceptional service and your help! you've just earned a customer for life!

Jason and Eric came today to seal off our house and help us (humanely) eradicate squirrels in our attic. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

So James came and inspected my home. He explained the different courses of action once it was established that I had termites. He was very thorough in his explanation of each process and helped me decide the right one for me. Ricky was the tech sent to treat my home. He was great! This is a very extensive service, and he was very helpful about helping me move heavy objects that I was unable to do myself. He was very thorough and very polite. They showed up on time. They again explained the process, executed it, They went behind themselves carefully patching any visible holes. I can’t say enough about the service. I’m very delighted.

We have had Truly Nolan for 10 months. Lawn and pest services. The lawn is 10x worse than it was when they started. We had to re-sod the front yard due to the excessive weeds. We were told we could cancel the service at any time without hassle when we started, and we agreed to a 6 month trial. I sent in cancellation and still got charged. When I called, I was told that I would be charged cancellation fees for terminating the contract. You failed to perform the services hired for and have caused additional grass replacement costs. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I recently had Truly Nolan take care of a rodent problem. I called and a salesman came out and explained the entire process. He answered all my questions and gave me answers to questions I didn’t even think of. He was very professional. The technician came to my home and did the process of screening in any holes around my home. He was very thorough throughout the process. He was polite and courteous. My tech’s name was Ricky. We had our yearly termite inspection. James Brownlee was our service coordinator. He is very knowledgeable and nice. He completed the service in a timely manner. He asked if there were any other issues. We are having issues with wasps nest. He contacted the office and asked them to scheduled a service call to take care of this issue. I appreciated the extra service care.
