I just received excellent service from Tier 1 pest control . The technician (Cody) described in detail what he was going to do and answered all of my questions concerning the chemicals that would be used. He first treated the inside of my home taking great care to limit the overspray of the pesticide. The entire outside of the house was brushed cleaned of all insect egg sacs and treated with pesticide. Finally the mulched areas around the outside of the house were treated with a granular pesticide. The outside of the house is now clean and clear of all visible insects. I highly recommend this company. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. This they have achieved with this customer.

Tier 1 has been awesome for us over the past 2 years. They are always professional and friendly, and are willing to make accommodations based on our busy schedules. I wanted to specifically highlight our most recent pest service as John was patient and even waited for my fiancé to get home so he could treat the inside of our house. I recently had Tier 1 help me with my rodent problem. I had John as my rep and the first person on site. I have been so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company and each one of their employees. Starting from the initial consultation, to the quick turnaround time for first appt and the easy scheduling/rescheduling for our bi-monthly sprays they offer - they are a company we are continuously impressed with.
