Jared had been our Terminix Technician for many years. He has gone out of his way to answer our questions and address our concerns. He had helped us with ants, mice, and yellow jackets hives. Jared has been top notch for our property.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid Terminix I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Terminix. I scheduled an inspection, confirmed the appointment, and even reorganized my entire day around it — only to get a text message saying they don’t even offer that service. Why didn’t customer service say this upfront? I called back to confirm, and a different rep apologized and assured me that yes, they do handle my inspection and rescheduled the appointment. But again, I received another text pushing my appointment to the next day — without any clear explanation. Completely unprofessional. This back-and-forth has been beyond frustrating. Their staff clearly has no communication or coordination, and their scheduling team is a mess. I had to cancel other pest control companies just to prioritize Terminix — and now I’m stuck waiting another day to start over with someone else. Terminix wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and showed no regard for customer time or needs. If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic communication, look elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t have its act together.

Terminix has been servicing our House and Yard for over a year now and they have not disappointed. Ricky was there recently and was quick to alert me that he had found a hornets nest that I had no idea was there. He took care of what could've been a bad situation as the nest was close yo our mailbox. All of the Terminix employees that have serviced our house have been amazing!!

I have never dealt with a business this unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and waited the entire day—no one showed up. Later, I was told the appointment had been canceled, yet I never received a single call, voicemail, or text. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. How can anyone trust a company that treats customers this way?

Ricky is reliable, dependable, and the man knows his craft. We had a rodent problem on a Thursday night. First thing, Friday morning, Ricky called us up as The responsible specialist for our area. By Saturday morning, Ricky was there to set the necessary traps and spray something at the problem areas. He was thorough in identifying areas that mice could penetrate. The man knows or has studied the nature of rodents. I never heard anything like it. Terminix is an impressive brand but it is the specialists out in the field that cultivate the eminent reputation of the brand. Ricky is one of those specialists. We had a 5-star experience and I recommend Ricky of Terminix to anyone who has a rodent or insect issue.
