Today I received a devastating call from my elderly mother. Her feline companion of 20 yrs finally was called up to kitty heaven. My mother who lives alone didn’t have anyone to assist her with properly removing socks her cat. I made several phone calls from my home state of MD and finally found these guys. They was quick to assist and once payment was done they schedule for same day pick. A bit on the high side but well worth it. At least my mother doesn’t have to sit there with her disease animal wondering what to do with it,because there is no way she would just toss him like trash. We will miss you Socks, greatest cat ever.

After making some unhelpful calls to 311, I called NYC Animal Control around late 12 today since a raccoon had been sleeping both day and night on our back porch for the last 2-3 days. We thought it might be sick because it was so sleepy and wasn't afraid of humans when we tried to scare it away. I immediately got a quote and an estimated time of arrival by calling and then texting with Mike who was super helpful until Reufinn and Ray arrived around 3 hours later. The raccoon put up a fight but they were able to catch it within 45 min or so. Thanks everyone for the quick and professional job!

Just called for an elderly resident that has a racoon at her back door in the day time. Warned her that it may have rabies and called this number for help ( thought it was animal control). The company asked the resident if she was a resident or tenant. Confused, she asked "why would that matter, I live here." The company abruptly said "since you asked that, call someone else," and hung up on her. I am appalled at such unprofessional behavior, especially since she was elderly and truly confused by the question. I will be sure to let everyone know that these are not the kind of people to call for help. Unprofessional, rude and uncaring!

This service was great. Oliver checked around my home and in my shed and set a trap and the raccoon was caught within the hour and humanly dealt with. Mike is also super helpful and friendly I def. Recommend strongly if you have an animal that needs relocation

Shame on whatever man was working the phone today (8/4/2025) around 8pm. We called regarding a cat stuck on the highway and he said there was nothing he could do and then hung up on me. Before I could ask who the right person to call would be.
